You sleep in the lodge where you eat dinner. Menus look similar (dal bhat, fried noodles, ginger tea) because supplies walk in on the same trails you do. A small stove in the dining room is the social centre; bedrooms are unheated. Carry a power bank — charging is often extra and slow.
